1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to and using the internet services provided by KONEKph, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Payment and Billing: The subscriber agrees to pay all applicable fees for the selected service plan. Fees are outlined in the service agreement and may include monthly service fees, installation charges, and other fees as specified.

3. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle is outlined in the service plan. Payment is due on the specified date of installation each month. Late payments may result in temporary service suspension or termination.

4. Service Interruptions and Maintenance: The ISP may conduct routine maintenance that may result in temporary service interruptions. The ISP will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide advance notice when possible.

5. Router/ONU and Fiber Cables
All devices and cables is rental only and provided by us, if any damage or issue regarding on device, kindly report directly to our technical team for replacement ( free of charge ). If you cancel your service agreement after 1month have have passed, you have 3days from date of cancellation to return your device in "Good Working Condition".

6. Termination of Services: The ISP reserves the right to terminate services for any violation of these Terms and Conditions. The subscriber may also terminate services by providing notice in accordance with the service agreement.
